We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from AmidoMio. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your products, you can return them under our Returns Policy.
Eligibility for Returns:
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. Please ensure items are returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging and tags intact. Opened cosmetics cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons unless the product is faulty or not as described.
How to Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at amidomio@sentija.com or call +370 600 72209. You will need to provide your order number and reason for return. Once your return is authorized, we will provide instructions on how to return your items.
Return Shipping:
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or was sent in error. Please use a tracked service for your protection.
Refund Process:
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the day we receive your returned goods or evidence of return, whichever is the earlier.
Exceptions:
Sealed items, such as cosmetics, cannot be returned if their seals have been broken due to health and hygiene reasons, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
